경력단절여성학습자의 대학교 학습경험연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 경력단절여성학습자의 대학교 학습경험을 통해 학습의 동기, 학습의 지속할 수 있는 의미를 현상학적으로 밝혀보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 국내 W대의 간호학부생 경력단절여성 6명을 추천받아 2018년 8월부터 2019년 1월 까지 심층면접을 실시하였으며, 경험에 초점을 두고 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과경력단절여성학습자의 학습경험은 네 가지 의미가 발견되었다. 자신의 상황을 즉시하고 그것을 극복하기 위한 도전. 배움의 즐거움, 내 삶의 주인공은 바로 나 자신, 사 회봉사와 희생으로 압축되었다. 성인학습자에게 있어 학습하게 된 계기와 지속할 수있는 의미로 극복하기 위하 도전, 배움의 즐거움, 내 삶의 주인공은 내 자신이라는 의미가 컸으며 학습과정에서 오는 어려움을 극복하는 의미로는 사회봉사와 희생으 로 나타났다. 또한 경력단절여성 학습자의 학습경험이 자신만을 위한 의미보다는 남은 삶을 사회에 한 일원으로 봉사와 희생하고자 하는 성찰학습의 의미를 발견할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine phenomenologically the motivation of learning and the lasting meaning of learning through the experience of college students of career-breaking female learners. For this purpose, six women in W nursing undergraduates were recommended for in-depth interviews from August 2018 to January 2019, and the data were analyzed with an emphasis on experience. As a result, the learning experience of career-breaking female learners found four meanings. Challenge your immediate situation and overcome it. The joy of learning, the main character of my life, was condensed into myself, social service and sacrifice. For the adult learner, the challenge, the joy of learning, and the main character of my life were very important to me. It appeared as a sacrifice. In addition, the learning experience of career-breaking female learners could find the meaning of reflection learning to serve and sacrifice the remaining life as a member of society, rather than just for themselves.
