국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 진로정체감과 구직효능감의 관계에서 진로장벽이 조절하는지 살펴보고, 세 변인의 구조적 관계를 확인하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 충청, 전라, 경상 지역의 7개 대학생 438명을 대상으로 진로정체감 척도, 구직 효능감 척도, 진로장벽 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였고, 이 중 유효한 400명의 응답 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 진로정체감이 높을수록 구직효능감이 높은 것으로 나타나 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로 정체감과 진로장벽의 상호작용이 구직효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 진로장벽의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이는 진로정체감이 증가하여 구직효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 때 진로장벽을 인식하는 수준이 낮을수록 구직효능감에 긍정적인 영향이 더 증가한다는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 구직효능감 증진 및 진로상담에 주는 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship among college students’ career identity, career barriers, and job-seeking efficacy. For this purpose, it was verified whether career barriers had a moderating effect in relation to college students’ career identity and job-seeking efficacy. The questionnaires were administered to 400 college students at seven universities in Seoul, Chungchoeng, Jeolla and Gyeongsang provinces, and their data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.3 version. The main results of this study are as follows. First, career identity was found to have a statistically significant effect on college students’ job-seeking efficacy. Second, the interaction effect between career identity and career barrier was significant, and it is interpreted that career barrier has a modulation effect in the relation between career identity and job-seeking efficacy. Although more research is needed, the results of this study maybe useful in career counseling aimed at promoting job-seeking efficacy.
