초등 교사의 여학생 넷볼 수업 운영 경험과 성장에 관한 셀프 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 교사의 여학생 넷볼 수업 운영 경험과 성장에 관한 이야기이다. 수도권 소재의 G 초등학교 4～6학년 학생 7명을 연구참여자로 선정하였고, 연구자의 수업일지, 학생의 체육 일기, 참여관찰 그리고 면담 등을 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석과 분류분석의 방법을 활용 하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 교사는 아침 자율체육활동에서 넷볼 수업 계획하기와 운영경험을 통해 여학생들을 깊이 이해하였다. 넷볼 수업 계획하기에서는 넷볼 수업 계획의 배경을 기술하였고, 넷볼 수업 운영하기에서는 넷볼 수업 이해하기, 넷볼 수업 체험하기 그리고 넷볼 수업으로 소통하기를 경험하였다. 둘째, 교사는 넷볼 수업의 운영을 통해 수업 운영의 두려움 극복하기, 여학생에 대한 감정 이해, 교수학습에 대한 안목 형성 등을 경험하면서 성장하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the growth and change of teachers through Netball coaching activities with stories of elementary school teachers who ran netball classes for elementary school girls. In the study, 7 students from 4th to 6th grade of G elementary school in metropolitan were selected as participants in the study and data were collected by class diary, physical education diary, participation observation, and interviews. The data were then analyzed using the methodology proposed by Spradley(1979) for area analysis and classification analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, elementary school teachers expanded their understanding of female students by planning Netball classes and operating experiences in morning autonomous sports. The background of the Netball class plan was stated in the planning of the Netball class, and the experience of understanding the Netball class, experiencing the netball class, and communicating in the Netball class in the operation of the Netball class. Second, the growth and change of teachers through the operation of Netball classes were derived such as overcoming fear of classroom operation, understanding of emotions for girls, forming an eye for instructional learning.
