국문 초록

본 연구는 대인간 외상경험과 성인기 해리와의 관계에서 불안정 성인애착의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 2월 8일부터 2월 19일까지 온라인으로 진행되었고 연구대상은 20대부터 50대까지 성인 남녀 436명이었다. 측정도구로는 아동기 외상 경험 척도(Childhood Trauma Questionnaire: CTQ), 불안정 성인 애착 척도(Experience in Close Relationship Scale-Revised: ECR-R), 해리 척도(Dissociative Experience Scale: DES)가 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요변인 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 대인간 외상경험은 불안정 성인애착, 성인기 해리와 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 대인간 외상경험이 성인기 해리에 미치는 영향에서 불안정 성인애착의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 불안정 성인애착의 부분매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 성인기 해리증상에 있어 대인간 외상경험 뿐 아니라 불안정 성인애착도 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주는 결과로, 성인기 해리증상에 대한 상담개입의 방향을 제시하는 결과라고 하겠다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of adult attachment insecurity on the relationship between interpersonal trauma exposure and adult dissociation. Data collection was conducted online from February 8, 2019 to February 19, 2019. Participants of study were 436 adult men and women from 20s to 50s. The tools used were the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), the Experience in Close Relationship Scale-Revised (ECR-R), and the Dissociative Experience Scale (DES). Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were used for data analysis. The results were as follows: first, interpersonal trauma exposure showed significant positive correlation with both adult attachment insecurity and adult dissociation, and second, adult attachment insecurity partially mediated the association between interpersonal trauma exposure and adult dissociation. These results indicate that in addition to the direct effects of interpersonal trauma exposure on adult issociation, there are indirect effects that are mediated by adult attachment insecurity. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of the research were also examined.
