유아교사용 강점 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사용 강점 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보는 데 있다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 그리고 내용타당도 검증을 통해 최종 예비 설문지를 개발하였다. 본 조사에서는 최종 설문지의 문 항양호도와 검사양호도를 검증하기 위해 유아교사 227명을 대상으로 문항반응분포검증, 문항변별도 검증, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 최종 유아교사용 강점 척도는 2개 영역, 25개 구성개념, 100개 문항으로 개발되었으며, Cronbach’s α계수는 .97로 신뢰도와 타당도 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a scale to measure strengths of early childhood teachers and to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. For this purpose, the final pilot questionnaire was constructed through analysis such as literature analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and content validity verification. In main study, item response distribution verification, item discrimination verification, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were performed on 227 early childhood teachers to verify the item quality and the test goodness about final questionnaire. The results were as follows: The strengths scale for early childhood teachers was developed with 2 areas,25 factors, and 100 items, and cronbach s α was .97, indicating that both reliability and validity were high.
