대학수업에서의 플립러닝 기반 액션러닝 수행지원체제 모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학수업에서의 플립러닝 기반 액션러닝 수행지원체제 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법은 ADDIE 모형에 근거한 개발연구방법을 적용하였으며, 그 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌 및 사례연구, 요구분석을 통해 핵심가치, 핵심활동 프 로세스를 도출하고 프로세스에 필요한 지원구조를 찾아 온·오프라인 블렌딩 전략을 수립한 후 모형의 초안을 완성하였다. 둘째, 전문가 형성평가를 통해 모형의 초안을 수정·보완하여 최종 개선된 모형을 완성하였다. 셋째, 완성된 모형의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 구성원 검토와 전문가 집단으로부터 타당도 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 문헌 및 사례, 요구분석을 통해 모형의 핵심가치를 내용분석 방법으로 도출하였고, 플립러닝과 액션러닝을 결합한 통합형 프로세스를 도출하였다. 지원구조는 활동단계별 교수지침과 관련정보, 도구의 세 가지 지원요소로 도출하였고, 블렌딩은 학습환경, 방법, 전략, 매체, 내용에 따라 블렌딩 전략을 수립하여 모형의 초안을 완성하였다. 전문가 형성평가를 통하여 핵심가치의 수행목표를 수정하고, 프로세스의 사전 단계와 지원구조의 시스템적 접근 안내를 보완하여 개선된 모형안을 완성하였다. 전문가 집단의 타당도 검사(CVI) 결과 설명력, 유용성, 타당성, 이해도, 보편성에서 본 연구결과가 긍정적인 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 대학 수업에서 교수자를 위한 플립러닝 기반의 액션러닝 수행지원체제를 체계화하고 인지·정서·행동의 촉진을 위한 수행지원구조를 다양하게 제시하고 있어 교수자 및 교육관계자들의 교육현장 활용에 용이할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a flipped learning based action learning teaching support model in university class. For this purpose, this study conducted literature, case analysis, and requirement analysis interview based on the analysis, design, development, evaluation, and development process of ADDIE model. Then, The core value of the model, the core activity process, the support structure, and the blending strategy were derived and the model draft was completed. The draft of the model was revised through the Focus Group Interview(FGI) and the improved model was completed. And The validity of the improved model was verified. Based on this, a draft of conceptual model and procedural model was drafted. The model draft was evaluated by three professors and two experts. Based on the results, the improvement of the model was derived, and a model of support learning system for action learning was developed based on the improved flipped learning. In order to secure the reliability and validity of the developed model, we conducted member review method and triangular verification method, respectively. The validity of the model was verified by the validity test.
