남자 대학생에게 실시한 인유두종바이러스 예방접종 교육의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 인유두종바이러스(HPV) 예방접종 교육이 남자 대학생의 HPV 지식, HPV 예방접종 관련 건강신념, HPV 예방접종 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사 실험연구이다. 2019 년 6월 7일부터 14 일까지 자료를 수집하였고 실험군 30명, 대조군 30명, 총 60명의 남자 대학생이 본 연구에 참여하였다. HPV 지식, HPV 예방접종 관련 건강신념, HPV 예방접종 의도는 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 HPV 예방접종 교육을 받은 실험군과 대조군의 HPV 지식(F=101.59, p<.001), HPV 예방접종 관련 건강신념(t=5.90, p<.001), HPV 예방접종의도(F=135.81, p<.001)는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 남자 대학생의 HPV 지식, HPV 예방접종 관련 건강신념, HPV 예방접종 의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 HPV 예방접종 교육을 실시할 필요가 있음을 나타낸다

영문 초록

This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design quasi experimental study using HPV vaccination education to determine the effect of HPV vaccination, health beliefs related to HPV vaccination, and HPV vaccination intention on male college students. Data were collected from June 7 to 14, 2019. A total of 60 male college students participated in this study, 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. HPV knowledge, health beliefs related to HPV vaccination, HPV vaccination intention were measured using a structured questionnaire and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 25.0. The results were as follows: HPV knowledge(F=101.59, p<.001), HPV vaccination related health beliefs(t=5.90, p<.001), HPV vaccination intention(F=135.81, p<.001) were significantly different. The results of this study suggest that HPV vaccination education is needed to improve HPV knowledge, health beliefs related to HPV vaccination, and HPV vaccination intention.
