국문 초록

본 연구는 부모의 긍정적인 양육행동이 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고, 성취가치의 매개효과를 분석함으로서 청소년에 대한 이해 및 이들의 삶의 만족도를 제고하기 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국아동청소년 패널조사(KCPYS)의 중1 패널 데이터 중 제 6차년도(2015년), 고등학교 3학년 총 2,351명 대상으로 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육행동인 애정은 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감독, 애정, 합리적 설명이 청소년의 성취가치에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 감독과 애정은 성취가치에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년이 지각하는 성취가치는 삶의 만족도에 직접 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 부모의 긍정적 양육행동이 성취가치를 매개로 청소년의 삶에 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 감독과 애정은 성취가치를 매개로 삶의 만족도에 간접 영향을 미치나 합리적 설명은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 청소년의 삶의 만족도를 제고하기 위한 시사점 및 이후 수행되어야 할 관련 연구에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among positive parenting behaviors, life satisfaction, and achievement value and to analyze the mediating effects of achievement value, resulting in understanding adolescents and enhancing their life satisfaction. Data used in this study were from the sixth wave panel data of Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS). The sample consisted of 2,351 adolescents who were 12th graders in 2015, and the Structural Equation Model was applied to collected data. The results of the study are as follows. First, affection had a significant direct effect on adolescents’ life satisfaction. Second, monitoring and affection directly affected achievement value. Third, achievement value perceived by adolescents had a significant direct effect on life satisfaction. Lastly, monitoring and affection had a significant indirect effect on adolescents’ life satisfaction using achievement value as a mediator, but reasoning did not. Based on the findings of this study, implications for improving the life satisfaction of adolescents and future study ideas were discussed.
