어린이집의 지역사회 연계활동에 관한 보육교직원의 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집에서 실행하는 지역사회 연계활동의 실태와 보육교직원의 인식을 알아보기 위해 경기도 내 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교직원 598명을 대상으로한 설문 결과를 자료화하여 SPSS Window 22로 통계 검증을 실시하였다. 보육교직 원의 배경 변인인 연령과 학력, 경력, 담당 영유아 연령에 따라 지역사회 연계활동의 진행 근거, 연계 방식, 연계 대상, 고려점, 중요점, 어려움에 관한 실태를 조사한 결과, 집단별 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 지역사회 연계활동에 대한 인식으로 필요성과 영향 효과, 표준보육과정에 기여도, 만족도, 보육과정 내 비중에 대한 결과에서도 집단별 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 보육교직원의 배경 변인에 따라 지역사회 연계활동의 실태와 인식에 차이가 있으므로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역사회 연계활동의 교육적 가치와 의미를 살릴 수 있도록 보육교직원을 실효성 있게 지원하는 방안을 검토할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of community - based activities and the awareness of child care teacher members in the day care centers. As a result of the survey on the background of the activities of the community- based activities, the way of linking, the objects to be linked, the points of consideration, the important points and the difficulties according to the background variables of the child care’s teacher of age, education level, career, Respectively. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the results of the necessity and influence effects, the contribution to the standard child care process, the degree of satisfaction, and the proportion within the childcare process. Based on the results of this study, there are differences in the actual situation and awareness of community - based activities according to the background variables of daycare teacher. Therefore, based on the results of this study, We suggest that you consider ways to support it.
