예비유아교사의 자기존중감이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향에서 교직적성과 전공만족도의 매개효과

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 영향을 미치는 자기존중감, 교직적성, 전공만족도의 상대적 영향력과 자기존중감과 행복플로리시의 관계에서 교직적성과 전공만족도의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 G도에 위치한 4년제 대학 유아교육과 학생 298명이며, 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 위계적 다중회귀분석, Sobel-test, Baron과 Kenny의 위계적 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자기존중감, 교직적성, 전공만족도, 행복플로리시 간에 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 미치는 자기존중감, 교직적성, 전공만족도의 상대적 영향력은 총 68%였다. 셋째, 자기존중감이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향력에서 교직적성과 전공만족도는 완전매개변인으로 행복플로리시에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시 증진을 위한 방안 모색의 기초자료를 제공했다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to investigate the mediating effect of teaching aptitude and major satisfaction on the relationship between self-esteem and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. The research participants were 298 early childhood pre-teachers in G-do. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, there was significant correlation between self-esteem, teaching aptitude, major satisfaction and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. Secondly, self-esteem, major teaching aptitude and satisfaction showed a statistically significant impact on pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing, these explained pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing total 68%. Thirdly, teaching aptitude and major satisfaction showed the complete mediating effect on the relationship between self-esteem and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. This study is meaningful in that it provided the basic data for improving pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing.
