국문 초록

본 연구는 K-MOOC의 강좌 설계에 직접적인 도움과 지침을 얻을 수 있는 학습자와 콘텐츠, 교수자, 학습자 간 상호작용에 관련된 방안을 모색하고 이에 따라 각 요소별 설계 전략을 도출하기 위한 목적으로 실행되었다. 연구 목적의 실현을 위하여 K-MOOC 교수자와 교수설계자를 대상으로 면담을 실시하고 결과를 정리하였다. 연구 결과 학습효과를 극대화하기 위하여 가급적 실시간 형태의 운영이 요구되었다. 나아가 학습효과의 상승과 온라인 상호작용 증진을 위하여 학습자들의 학습결과, 학습에 대한 의문, 각종 학습 반응 등에 대해 학습 조교나 교수자가 즉시적인 피드백을할 필요가 있다고 보았다. K-MOOC 상호증진 방안으로는 MOOC 지원 시스템을 실시간으로 상호작용이 가능하도록 해야 한다고 생각하였다. 또한 각종 게시판 업로드 푸쉬 알림, 잦은 서버 오류 방지에 대한 요구가 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 향후 K-MOOC 사업 참여시 교수자, 학습자, 운영자, 시스템 등 다방면에서 설계전략을 수립하는데 있어 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find a method related to the interaction between learners, content, instructors, and learners who can obtain direct help and guidance for K-MOOC s course design and to derive design strategies for each element accordingly. In order to realize the purpose of the research, K-MOOC professors and professor designers were interviewed and the results were summarized. As a result, in order to maximize the learning effect, real time operation was required. Furthermore, the eaching assistant or instructor needed immediate feedback on learners learning outcomes, questions about learning, and learning responses in order to increase learning effects and promote online interaction. As a K-MOOC mutual promotion plan, there was a demand for the MOOC support system construction in real time for the interaction function, bulletin board upload push notification, and frequent server error prevention. It is expected that these results will help in establishing design strategies in terms of instructors, learners, operators, and systems when participating in K-MOOC projects.
