전자분야 산학일체형 도제학교에 대한 도제업무 담당교사의 교육요구도

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 전자분야 산학일체형 도제학교에 대한 도제업무 담당 교사들의 교육요구도를 분석하여 효과적인 도제학교 운영을 위한 지원 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 2017년 8월 기준으로 산학일체형 도제학교 중 전자분야 도제학교로 참여하고 있는 48개교의 도제반 운영 담당교사 168명을 대상으로 2017년 12월 18일부터 31일(2주)까지 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 121명의 설문지로 Borich의 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 교육요구도 우선순위를 도출하였다. 분석 결과로는 첫째, 도제학교 운영 영역 중 ‘참여 기업 선정 및 관리’ 는 타 영역보다 교육요구도가 높게 나타났으며, ‘프로그램 개발, 학교 교육과정 편성 및 운영계획 수립’ 영역과 함께 최우선 순위로 분석되었다. 둘째, ‘학습 평가 및 신직업자격 평가’ 영역은 상대적으로 교육요구도가 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영역별 21개 세부항목 중 10개 항목이 최우선 순위군으로 분석되었으며, ‘참여 기업 선정 및 관리’의 모든 항목은 최우선 순위로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘학생 선발 기준 수립 및 선발 방법’ 항목에 대해서는 충분한 역량을 갖추고 있다고 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs of teachers in charge of apprenticeship for industrial and academic type apprenticeship schools in electronic field, and to present support measures for effective apprenticeship school operation. As of August 2017, 168 teachers in charge of the operation of the apprenticeship class of 48 schools who are participating as apprentices in the field of electronics were surveyed from 18 to 31(two weeks) December 2017. In the 121 questionnaire collected, Borich s needs and The Locus for Focus model were utilized to derive priority for education requirements. The results of the analysis show that participation company selection and management among the school s operation areas has higher education requirements than other areas, and that it was analyzed as the top priority along with Program development, school curriculum preparation and operation plan establishment . Second, the areas of learning assessment and new job qualification were found to have relatively low educational requirements. Third, out of 21 sub-categories by area, 10 were analyzed as the top priority, and all items in Participating Companies Selection and Management were ranked first. Third, they were aware that they had sufficient competency in the items Standard of Student Selection and Method of Selection .
