국문 초록

고리 1호기는 해체사업을 추진하기 위해 필요한 고도화-상용화 기술개발 및 국내 미확보 기술 개발을 계획하고 있으며, 원전해체 전에 핵심 인프라 구축 및 해체 장비개발을 통해 본격적인 해체기술들의 개발을 완료할 예정이다. 하지만 아직까지 해체원전에 대한 상세공정 및 전체 적용기술들에 대한 조사 및 분석, 국내 원전기업이 참여 가능한 초기시장의 정림, 원전해체 핵심역량 확충, 원전해체 생태계 기반 구축, 수요 맞춤형 전문인력 양성, 협력관계 구축, 등 해외 진출 기반 강화, 원전해체산업 육성을 위한 제도 마련, 안전성 확보를 위한 해체 관련 제도 정비, 화재방호, 원전해체 전 과정에 대한 국민 안전과 신뢰 확보 등의 조치가 필요하다. 고리 1호기의 원전해체시 원전의 안전 및 방사선으로부터 인명의 안전을 보호하기 위해 스페인 원전해체 사례를 중심으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Before the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant, the core infrastructure and decommissioning equipment must be developed to complete the disassembly technology development. However, research and analysis of the detailed process and full application of technology for domestic decommissioning of nuclear power plants remain lacking. Therefore, a domestic nuclear power company needs to generate an initial market that can participate in the core competency of nuclear decommissioning and create a nuclear decommissioning ecosystem-based deployment. Further, training needs must be provided that are designed for professional staff, and measures need to be put in place, such as building partnerships that include overseas-based consolidation, establishing a nuclear-power plants decommissioning system, and decommissioning by relevant institutions, to prevent fire, ensure public safety, and give confidence to people. The author has written through a field trip on decommissioning of nuclear power plants in Spain to protect the safety of nuclear power plants from radiation prior to the decommissioning of Kori 1 nuclear power plants.
