국문 초록

미래 사회는 한 분야의 전문성을 넘어 이질적 정보를 새로운 방식으로 결합하여 창의적 결과물을 창출할 수 있는 융합형 인재를 요구하고 있다. 특히 예비 사회인인 대학생들에게 이러한 융합 역량이 요구되고 있으며, 고등교육 기관인 대학은 이러한 융합 역량의 함양을 위한 교과목을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 교양 교과목으로 학생 참여 중심의 융합 역량 증진을 위한 강좌를 개발하고 운영하였을 때, 어떠한 양상의 현장 적용성과 개선점이 도출되는지 실행 연구를 통하여 탐구하였다. 이를 분석한 결과 네 가지 주제, 다학제와 다양성의 특성을 지닌 교양 교과에서 융합교육의 효과성, 교양 융합 교과에서 학생 참여형 활동 중심 수업 방법 구현의 적절성, 소집단 활동에 대한 평가와 보상 구조, 지원체계 구축의 필요성이 유형화 되었고, 각 주제에서 상이한 양상이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

Future society requires convergence talents to be able to creative synergies by gethering distributed resources in a new way beyond the expertise of one field. This convergence competency is especially required of college students who are soon to be members of societies, and many universities have developed and opened courses for improving students convergence competency. This action research analyzes the applications of course based on students participative activities on the convergence education in college general education. As the result of this qualitative analyses, different patterns were deducted and emerged; the effectiveness of convergence education in general education with multidisciplinary and diversity characteristics, the appropriateness of implementing students participative activities on the convergence education in general education, the evaluation and reward structure for small group activities, the necessity of building support system.
