국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회 인지 진로이론을 바탕으로 우리나라 여자 대학생의 진로포부 발달에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인으로 부모진로지지, 진로장벽, 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 서울지역 소 재 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 18세~25세 여자 대학생으로 2018년 4월 16일부터 약 일주일간 설문을 실시하였다. 500부의 설문을 배포하여 수집된 471명의 설문지중 스크리닝 과정을 거쳐서 최종적으로 총 401명이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 주요 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위하여 AMOS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 구모모형검증, 그리고 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한 연구 모형은 적합도 지수 평가에서 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로포부에 직접 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 부모진로지지와 자아존중감은 진로포부에 직접 유의한 영향을 미 치지는 않았다. 셋째, 매개 효과 검증 결과에서 부모진로지지와 진로포부 사이에서 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감은 완전 매개 효과를 나타냈고, 진로장벽과 진로포부 사이에서 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감은 부분 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로, 여자대학생들의 진로 포부를 높이기 위한 교육적 개입 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The present study examined the effect of environmental, psychological and cognitive predictors on enhancing career aspiration of 401 female collage students in South Korea based on social cognitive career theory. Our findings indicated that the proposed model was an good fit to the data. Among nine direct paths of the proposed model, seven hypothesized paths were significant. The direct paths from career supports of parents to self-esteem and career decision self-efficacy were positively significant. The career barriers were negatively associated with self-esteem, career decision self-efficacy, and career aspiration. Additionally, the mediating effects of self-esteem and career decision self-efficacy between environmental factors and career aspiration were significant. The practical implications for enhancing career aspiration of female college students and future direction of research are discussed.
