시뮬레이션 학습을 위한 부정맥 응급관리 시나리오 개발 및 효과연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생 대상으로 시뮬레이션 기반 부정맥 응급관리 시나리오를 개발한 후 시나리오가 대상군의 실습몰입, 임상수행능력 및 임상판단력 측면에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시행한 연구이다. 연구대상은 일개 대학의 간호학과 4학년 99명이며 시뮬레이션 실습교육은 2018년 8월 27일부터 12월 16일까지 진행되었다. 시뮬레이션 기반 부정맥 실습교육 전·후로 실습몰입, 임상수행능력, 임상판단력을 측정하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 기반 부정맥 실습교육 후 간호대학생들의 실습몰입(t=-2.431, p=.016)과 임상수행능력(t=-2.082, p=.039), 임상판단력(t=-2.676, p=.008)이 유의하게 증가되었다. 이에 시뮬레이션 기반 부정맥 응급관리 시나리오가 간호대학생의 실습몰입, 임상수행능력 및 임상판단력을 증가시키는 데 효과적임을 확인하였으며, 향후 다양한 부정맥 질환을 적용한 시나리오 개발로 간호대학생의 심혈관계 실습 분야의 효율적인 교육과정 운영에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of scenarios on practice flow, clinical performance ability, and clinical judgment after development of simulation -based arrhythmia emergency management scenario for nursing students. The subjects of this study were 99 nursing students and the data collection was from August 27 to December 16, 2019. Practice flow, clinical performance ability and clinical judgment were measured before and after simulation-based arrhythmia training. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The result of this study showed that practice flow(t=-2.431, p=.016), clinical performance ability(t=-2.082, p=.039) and clinical judgement(t=-2.676, p=.008) were significantly increased after the simulation-based arrhythmia training. This study confirmed that the simulation-based arrhythmia emergency management scenario is effective to increase the practice flow, clinical performance ability and clinical judgment of nursing students. In the future, development of scenarios applying various arrhythmia diseases will enable efficient training course of cardiovascular practice.
