영문 초록

In July 1999, after the Constitutional Court ruled that the Constitutional Court violated the provisions of the planned amendment, the government amended the ordinance on the planning and use of urban planning facilities, which resulted in the enactment of the ordinance on urban planning (July 1, 2000), which has not been implemented for more than 20 years. In response, the government introduced a special system to encourage private companies to participate in a bid to minimize the possibility of releasing and developing urban parks. The special business of private public aid should be based on public assistance and the effectiveness of public interest, based on procedural trust and business standards. Therefore, what are the factors that are important to residents and experts in business. We used cross tab analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis According to the results of the analysis; First, it is necessary to set the development direction for each park. Second, we should avoid the position of business-oriented arrangement of non-park facilities. Third, it is necessary to establish a citizen participation governance system in order to revitalize special projects for private parks. Fourth, publicness should be strengthened as much as possible. As a result of this study, it is possible to provide basic data that can contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the citizens,
