뇌 기반 학습 원리를 적용한 예비유아교사 대상의 유아문학교육 수업의 교육적 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 뇌 기반 학습 원리를 적용한 예비유아교사 대상의 유아문학교육수업의 교육적 의미를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 뇌 기반 학습 원리와 유아문학교육에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였고, 이에 근거하여 유아문학교육 수업모형을 개발한 후 G 시의 4년제 대학교 2학년 학생 30명에게 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사들은 유아문학의 아름다움과 예술성을 발견하며 수업에 능동적으로 참여하고 몰입하는 모습을 보여주었다. 둘째, 학습공동체의 협력을 통해 예비유아교사들이 함께 성장하는 모습을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들은 능동적로 창의적인 그림책을 만들었다. 넷째, 대다수의 예비유아교사들은 뇌 친화적 원리를 고려한 평가방식과 평가결과에 공감하는 모습을 보여주었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 기초해볼 때, 뇌 기반 학습 원리를 적용한 유아문학교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 유아문학교육에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 돕고, 문학적 교수역량을 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest the implications for pre-service early childhood teachers literature education class based on review of the studies of brain-based learning principles. After referencing brain-based learning principles and children literature education, children literature education instruction model were developed and applied to 30 four-year university sophomores in G city. The results are as follows. Firstly, pre-service early childhood teachers showed interests in children literature and artistic elements and participated actively in the class. Secondly, pre-service early childhood teachers developed literary attainments through the cooperation with the learning community. Third, pre-service early childhood teachers actively made a creative picture book through collaborating with each other. Lastly, most of the pre-service early childhood teachers agreed on the evaluation method and the results which were based on the brain-friendly principles. Based on the results, children literature education using brain-based principles are expected to help pre-service early childhood teachers to develop positive recognition towards literature and children literature education, and to enhance teaching capacity at class.
