유아의 의사소통능력과 정서지능이 또래유능성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 의사소통능력과 정서지능이 또래유능성에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시 사립유치원의 만 5세 유아 187명을 선정 하였으며, 2019년 1월 14일부터 1월 18일까지 의사소통능력, 정서지능, 또래유능성에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 자료분석 결과 첫째, 유아의 의사소통능력 및 정서지능과 또래유능성 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 정서지능이 또래유능성과 더 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 정서지능과 의사소통능력은 또래유능성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었고, 특히 정서지능이 또래유능성에 상대적으로 더 중요한 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아의 또래유능성 발달을 위해서 정서지능을 함께 발달시켜야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of young children’s communication competence, emotional intelligence the correlation and influence of on peer competence. The subjects of this study included 187 children. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program for correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The primary outcome as follows: First, there were significant relationships between young children s children’s communication competence, emotional intelligence and peer competence. Second, young children’s communication competence and emotional intelligence affected their peer competence. especially, emotional intelligence was found to be a more important variable in their peer competence. These results suggest that young children’s emotion intelligence in relation to their peer competence should be addressed in childhood education classrooms.
