출소자의 낙인인식과 분노대응의 관계 -회복탄력성과 부적 정서의 이중매개효과를 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 출소자의 사회적응과 재범방지를 위한 단계에서, 화가 났을 때 분노대응에 이르는 경로를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교도소 수감생활을 마친 출소자의 낙인인식이 분노대응에 미치는 영향을 긍정적 대응과 부정적 대응으로 구분 하여 선행연구를 바탕으로, 주요인에 해당하는 회복탄력성과 부적 정서의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한국법무보 호복지공단의 연구용역사업인 「공단 합동결혼지원 대상자 가족들의 현황 및 실태조사(2018)」를 통해 수집된 자료를 활용하였 다. 분석결과, 낙인인식이 부정적 대응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 부적 정서가 부정적 대응에 미치는 경로를 포함하는 경우 그 영향력이 감소되고, 부적 정서가 부정적 대응에 미치는 영향만이 유의미하게 남는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 낙인이 부적 정서에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성을 순차적으로 매개하여 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 검증되었다. 출소자의 낙인인식이 회복탄력성과 긍정적 대응에 미치는 영향이 유의하였으며, 회복탄력성이 낙인인식과 긍정적 대응 간의 관계에서 간접효과를 지니는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면, 회복탄력성이 부정적 대응에 미치는 영향과 부적 정서가 긍정적 대응에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 출소자의 부정적 대응을 감소시키고, 긍정적 대응을 강화할 수있는 정책적·실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to estimate the path to anger coping of ex-prisoners who perceive the stigma after released from the prison in a stage for preventing recidivism and community adaptation. To achieve the purpose, it is designed here that the anger coping is separated into the positive and negative coping. Resilience and negative emotion, which are recognized as important factors on the prior studies, are investigated to have dual-mediation effect on the dependent variables. In order for this purpose, this study utilizes the data collected from research service project in 2018 of the Korean Rehabilitation Agency. The results of this study suggest that the stigma has a significant impact on the negative coping, but when the negative emotion is included into the research model, its influence is reduced as only remaining the effect of the negative emotion on the negative coping. In addition, it is verified that the stigma affects the negative emotion by sequentially mediating the resilience. Also, the stigma against ex-prisoners has direct effects on the positive coping and the resilience and statistically the indirect effect in the relationship between the stigma and the positive coping. On the other hands, the effects of resilience on the negative coping and the negative emotion on the positive coping are not statistically significant. Based on these results, it is proposed that political and practical implications to reduce the negative coping and strengthen the positive coping of ex-prisoners.
