영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to solve educational problems of supervision and administration for elite sports player in every school levels. The problems of Supervision and Administration for the Elite Sports Player in School as follows; 1. The lack of attendance rate for school class. 2. Limitation of daily life. 3. Problem of competition schedule and training condition for the school player. 4. Problem of utilization of leisure time. To solve these of problem, the following points are considered. 1. Promote amateurism and nomalization of school sports. 2. Improvement of student`s athletics competition. 3. Improvement of regular class work of student player. 4. Improvement of training contents and methods. 5. Utilization of scientific approach to train student player.
