유아동작교육 프로그램의 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 유아동작교육 프로그램의 유형, 동작교육의 내용, 유아동작교육 프로그램의 적용효과 및 연구방법 등의 연구동향을 분석함으로써 유아동작교육 관련 연구를 재조명하고 유아를 위한 동작교육의 발전적인 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1981년부터 2019년 3월까지 발간된 유아동작교육 프로그램에 관한 석 ㆍ박사 학위논문과 학술지논문 173편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 유아동작교육 프로그램의 유형은 교수방법에 기초한 프로그램 연구, 타 교과와의 통합 프로그램 순으로 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 둘째, 유아동작교육 프로그램의 내용은 기본동작, 창의적 표현동작, 기본요소, 리듬동작, 동작감상의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째. 유아동작교육 프로그램의 적용효과는 유아 변인에 대한 연구 비중이 가장 높았으며, 창의적 신체표현력, 기본운동능력, 사회성․친사회적행동, 창의성 등의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아동작교육 프로그램의 연구방법은 양적연구에 편중되었으며, 연구대상은 만5세 유아에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to survey previous researches on early childhood activity education program and give insights into the appropriate direction by analyzing types, contents, implementation effect, research methods of early childhood activity education programs in Korea. To do so, master and doctoral theses related to the subject of early childhood activity education program that were issued from 1981 to March 2019, along with a total of 173 academic articles, were selected and reviewed. The results of the study were as follows. First, the most frequently researched early childhood activity education program type was “instruction based program” type, followed by “integrated program with other subjects” type. Second, basic movement, creative expression, basic principle, rhythmic movement, appreciation of movement were the most studied contents in the said order. Third, researches on the implementation effect of early childhood activity education programs mostly focused on the childhood variable, followed by creative body expression, basic activity capacity, social and prosocial behavior, and creativity. Forth, the study showed that most of the researches used the quantitative research method with the subject of five-year-old children.
