예비교사가 보육실습에서 경험한 보편적 인성 및 교직 인성 요소 탐색

국문 초록

어린이집 현장에서 영유아와 함께 생활하는 보육교사가 올바른 인성을 갖추어야 하는 것은 질 높은 프로그램을 위해 기본적으로 전제되어야 할 조건이다. 본 연구는 보육교사에게 필요한 보편적인 인성과 교사로서의 인성에 대한 중요성을 바탕으로 예비교사가 보육실습에서 경험한 바를 탐색해보았다. 보육실습에 참여한 예비교사 39명의 반성적 저널과 실습일지의 평가를 질적으로 분석하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 예비교사는 영유아와 교사, 어린이집의 다양한 상황을 보육실습 기간 동안 겪으 며 보편적인 인성과 교사로서의 인성의 요소를 자연스럽게 경험하였다. 보육교사 인성 요소를 직·간접적으로 경험하는 실습의 과정을 통해 예비교사는 향후 좋은 교사로 거듭날 수 있을 것이라는 시사 받았다. 본 연구의 결과가 보육실습에 참여하는 예비 교사와 실습지도교사를 지원할 수 있는 방안 마련을 위한 기초 조사로 활용되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

It is a basic condition for the quality program that the child care teachers living with the infants and toddlers in the day care center must have the right personality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of pre-service teachers in child care practice based on the importance of universal personality and personality as a teacher. The results of the qualitative analysis and the results of the reflective journal and the practice journal of 39 pre-service teachers participating in the child care practice were derived. The pre-service teachers experienced various situations of infants, teachers, and day-care centers during the day-care training period and naturally experienced elements of universal personality and personality as a teacher. It is suggested that the pre-service teachers will be able to become good teachers in the future through the process of practicing directly or indirectly the personality factor of the child care teacher. The results of this study can be used as a basic research for preparing preliminary teachers and practical guidance teachers to participate in child care practice.
