체육계열 재학생의 학습만족도, 학습동기, 학업적 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 체육계열 재학생의 학습만족도, 학업적 자기효능감과 학습동기 간의 구조적 관계에서 교수학습지원센터 학습 공동체 활동 유무에 따라 다집단으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 S대학교 체육계열 재학생 245명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 구조방정식과 다집단 분석으로 확인하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 체육계열 재학생의 학습만족도가 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 과정에서 학습동기가 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육계열 재학생의 교수학습지원센터 학습 공동체 활동 유무에 따른 다집단 분석결과, 교수학습지원센터 학습 공동체 활동에 참여한 재학생이 그렇지 않은 재학생에 비해 학습만족도가 학습동기에 영향을 주는 경로와 학습동기가 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 경로에 더 강력한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 부분 조절효과가 입증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 교수학습지원센터 학습 공동체 활동의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 의의를 가질 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to perform multi-group analysis according to participating in learning activity community of center for teaching and learning. For this purpose, the data responded by 245 physical education students of S university analyzed by structural equation model and multi-group analysis using SSPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of analysis were as follows. First, physical education students’ learning motivation mediates perfectly the effect of learning satisfaction on academic self-efficacy. Second, the result of multi-group analysis according to participating in learning activity community of center for teaching and learning examined the partial moderating effect that the students who participated in learning activity community had grater effects of learning satisfaction on learning motivation and learning motivation on academic self-efficacy than who did not participate in learning activity community. Based on these results, it can be meaningful to search for ways to activate learning community in learning center
