예비유아교사의 교직동기, 교직적성, 교직전문성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교직동기, 교직적성, 교직전문성과 교사효능감 간의 관계를 밝히고, 이들 변인의 상대적 영향력을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치한 대학에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 1,2,3학년을 선정하였으며, 2019년 4월 30일부터 5월 8일까지 총 249명을 대상으로 교직동기, 교직적성, 교직전문성, 교사효능감에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교직동기, 교직적성, 교직전문성과 교사효능감 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교직동기, 교직적성, 교직전문성은 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었고, 특히 교직전문성이 교사효능감에 상대적으로 더 중요한 예측변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 교사효능감 발달을 위해서 교직전문성을 함께 발달시켜야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of Pre-service Teachers Teaching Aptitude, Teaching Motivation, and Teaching Professionalism on Teaching Efficacy. The subjects were selected from the first, second, and third grade pre-service teachers college in G city. A total of 249 subjects were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 22.0 for correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The primary outcomes were as follows: First, there were significant relationships between teaching aptitude, teaching motivation, and teaching professionalism and teaching efficacy. Second, teaching aptitude, teaching motivation, teaching professionalism behavior affected their teaching efficacy. In particular, teaching professionalism was found to be a more important variable than teaching aptitude or teaching motivation in their teaching efficacy.
