국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 운영관리 지원에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 살펴봄으로써 어린이집 원장으로서의 역할수행의 효율성과 전문성을 지원하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 어린이집 원장 250명을 대상으로 운영관리 지원에 대한 인식 및 요구도 조사에 관한 설문지를 배부, 회수하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t-검증, borich요구도 공식, The Locus for Focus모델 유형 분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 운영관리 지원의 필요성에 대한 인식은 높았다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 운영관리 지원에 있어 구체적인 방법으로 온라인은 동영상 강의. 오프라인은 컨설팅이 가장 적절하고, 시군구 육아종합지원센터에서 운영관리 교육전문가나 경력원장이 담당하며, 해당지자체의 시군구에서 비용부담을 하되 1달에 1회, 5회차이하, 회기당 1시간 30분-2시간을 가장 선호하였다. 활성화 방안으로는 원장의 개인적 차원에서 참여의지를, 제도적 차원에서 매뉴얼 개발 및 현장보급을, 지원과정에서는 연수 및 세미나 마련이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 운영관리 지원 내용에서 요구도가 높은 것은 기관의 특성을 반영한 보육과정의 재구성, 영유아의 발달특성에 대한 이해와 지원이었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 어린이집 원장의 운영관리 지원의 방향에 있어 원장들의 요구사안들을 적극적으로 반영할 필요가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide education methods and basic data for setting policy direction to support the speciality of role performance as director by looking at the recognition and demand for operation management support for professional operation management of daycare center director. The 250 daycare center principals distributed and recalled questionnaires on the operation management support survey, conducted frequency analysis, response sample t-verification, borich requirement formula, and The Locus for Focus model type analysis. First of all, the awareness of the need to support the operation management of daycare centers was playful. Second, the concrete method in supporting the operation management of the head of the daycare center is video lectures online. Offline was most appropriate for consulting, and was handled by an operation management education expert or a career director at the General Support Center for Child Care in the municipality, and preferred 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours per session, more than once a month, less than five times a month. As a means of evitalizing the project, he recognized the need to develop a manual and provide on-site supply at the personal level of the director, and to prepare training and seminars at the support process. Third, the high demand in the support of operational management was the reconfiguration of the child care process that reflected the characteristics of the institution, understanding and support of the developmental characteristics of infants. These results need to actively reflect the principals demands in the direction of the daycare center head s support for the operation management.
