청소년이 지각한 또래애착과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 자기격려와 진로자기효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 또래애착과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 자기격려와 진로자 기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2018년 10월에 시작하여 2주간 동안 충북 C시의 중학생 227명을 대상으로 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로 자기효능감, 진로성숙도 척도 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또래애착, 자기격려, 진로자기 효능감, 진로성숙도의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관분석을, 자기격려와 진로자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 분석단계에 따라 순차적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래 애착, 자기격려, 진로자기효능감은 진로성숙도와 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 자기격려와 진로자기효능감은 청소년의 또래애착과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 완전 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 논의와 결론을 제시 하였으며, 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study is empirical research intended to test a meditation effect of self encouragement and career self efficacy between peer attachment and career maturity of adolescents In order to achieve the purpose of this research. The subjects were 227 students from C middle school students located in Cheongju. Instruments used in the study were as follows: peer attachment scale, self encouragement scale, career self efficacy scale, career maturity scale. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlation among in peer attachment, self encouragement, career self efficacy, career maturity. Second, there were a complete mediation function effect of adolescents self encouragement in the relationship between peer attachment and career maturity. Third, there were a complete mediation function effect of adolescents career self efficacy in the relationship between peer attachment and career maturity. Based on the results, implications and limitations were presented for future studies.
