영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the effect of pre-treatment and storage temperature on the maintenance of freshness maintenance in cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’. Promalin 50mgㆍL⁻¹ treatment at 5℃ and ambient storage conditions delayed early flowering of cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’ and enhanced the quality, and this effect was more effective at ambient storage temperature. This treatment was showed to effective pre-treatment on freshness maintenance that was applied to the freshness maintenance of fresh weight in the relationship between the loss of marketability. Also, 5℃ storage and Promalin 50mgㆍL⁻¹ at sprayed treatment showed a tendency to inhibit the ethylene production of cut chrysanthemum and that could be seen the climacteric type. The results indicate that ambient storage and Promalin 50mgㆍL⁻¹ could be best pre-treatment on freshness maintenance in cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’.
