영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to examine the elements of horticulture rehabilitation that influence intent at employment. In order to answer the research question; What are the effect of horticulture rehabilitation practical internship satisfaction on vocational readiness intention in floriculture major student? the major of floriculture student were participated in horticulture rehabilitation program at March to June of 2013. After review of the horticulture rehabilitation practical internship, we constructed a literature framework and formulated the hypothesis of this research. We have analyzed the data which surveyed 60 member about horticulture rehabilitation program, using factor analysis, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and the multiple linear regression method. We found that: 1)14 variables can be selected for the element of horticulture rehabilitation. Among the 14 independent variables used to study the element of horticulture rehabilitation practical program. 2)As a result of multiple regression analysis, independent variable influencing satisfaction were proved statistically significant at one percent level. Regarding their relative contribution of vocational readiness intention, certification system and contents were important factors. The research results suggest the need for guidelines of horticulture rehabilitation practical program in floriculture major students.
