장기현장실습에서의 직무특성, 실습만족, 교육성과간의 구조적 관계분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 취업에 대비하여 대학 재학 기간에 일 경험을 하는 현장실습의 효과를 검토하기 위한 목적에서, 장기현장실습의 직무특성, 실습만족, 교육성과 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2017년도 K대학 장기현장실습에 참여한 학생 393명을 대상 으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무특성, 실습만족, 전공역량, 비전공역량의 직접효과를 분석한 결과, 직무특성은 실습만족, 전공역량, 비전공역량에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 실습만족은 전공역량, 비전공역량에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무특성과 전공역량, 비전공역량 간의 관계에서 실습만족의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 실습만족은 모두 유의한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 장기현장실습에서 교육성과를 높이기 위해서는 실습기관과의 협력을 통해 실습환경의 개선이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 실습만족을 향상을 위한 실습기관의 관리와 체계인 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among job characteristics, satisfaction and education result in industry professional practice. Data from 393 students who participated in the long-term on-site training of K university had been gathered and analyzed through SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 in order to verify the hypothesized research model. The results of this study were as follows. First, job characteristics was found to have a direct effect on satisfaction, major competencies, non-major competencies. And satisfaction was found to have a direct effect on major competencies, non-major competencies. Second, satisfaction played as mediation effect in the relationship between job characteristics and major competencies, non-major competencies. In order to improve the educational performance of the long-term on-site training, it is necessary to improve the practical environment through cooperation with the institute. Improvement of the practical environment should be made through cooperation with the institute. In addition, management and systematic support of the institute is needed to improve the satisfaction.
