텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 유아교사의 행복에 관한 토픽 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 사회과학분야에서 연구방법으로 주목받고 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 유아교사의 행복에 관한 토픽을 분석함으로써, 향후 연구의 방향을 모색하는데 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2002년부터 2018년 8월까 지의 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 등재된 학술지 논문 1033편의 제목과 주제어를 대상으로 R소프트웨어를 이용하여 워드 클라우드 기법, 연관성 분석 등을 실시하고, 주요 토픽 및 토픽 간 연관성 등을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 유아교사의 행복에 관한 주 요 토픽은 교사의 ‘스트레스, 탄력성’과 같은 개인내적변인과 ‘조직문화, 다문화, 어린이집’과 같은 근무기관변인, 유아교사직을 수행하는 과정에서 관계되는 타인들과의 ‘상호작용’ 같은 개인외적변인으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘행복 주체 토픽’, ‘행복 유사개념토픽’, ‘행복 관련 개인 토픽’, ‘행복 관련 관계 토픽’, ‘행복 관련 환경 토픽’, ‘행복 관련 성장(성취) 토픽’ 등으로 범주화 되었다. 토픽 간 연관성으로 ‘스트레스+직무, 지능+정서’가 지지도가 높았고, ‘회복+탄력성’이 신뢰도가 높았으며, ‘지지+사회적’은 향상도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims at analyzing the topics about happiness of early childhood teachers through text mining techniques, which have been applied as a research method in social science. To this end, topics of 1033 journals published in KCI from 2002 to 2018 were collected and processed using R software package. The analysis focused on major topics, changes in topics over time, and relevance between topics. In consequence, major topics about the happiness included intra-individual variables such as ‘stress and resilience’, and organizations variables such as ‘organizational culture, multi-culturalism, daycare center, and interaction with meaningful others’. Topics such as ‘teacher, euphoria, infant, happiness, job, efficacy, commitment, self, and effect’ have been studied consistently. It was categorized as ‘happiness subject’ , ‘happiness similarity concept’, ‘happiness related personal’, ‘happiness related to interpersonal relationship’, ‘happiness related environmental and ’happiness related growth . High relevance among topics showed ‘stress+job and intelligence+emotion’ in the degree of support, ‘recovery+resilience’ in the degree of confidence, and ‘support+social’ in the degree of lift.
