영문 초록

The study sought to identify differences in consumption expenditure and differences in consumption expenditure depending on the characteristics of households with monthly rents. On housing price changes, the analysis was carried out by dividing the housing price into the fall and rise periods, and the resulting difference between consumption expenditure and expenditure items made up of the housing price was identified. This helped to identify clear differences in types of housing and whether housing was owned or not. The analysis of consumption expenditure by housing type showed a slowdown in the consumption growth of multi-family/household(dasaedae/dagagu) housing, and the analysis of consumption expenditure by home ownership clearly identified the asset effects mentioned in many prior studies. In addition, an increase in housing price rising could be seen as a result of a rise in housing-rents costs for monthly-rents households. In this study, The Household Trend Survey was analyzed microscopically using cross-sectional data. I hope that various follow-up papers will be made through various time series analysis approaches.
