국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 긍정심리자본이 대학생활만족과 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 광주지역에 소재한 C대 학교에 재학 중인 1～4학년 320명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2018년 7월 2일부터 6일 까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지는 대학생활만족과 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 대학생활만족 관계에서 부모의 사회적지지는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 긍정심리자본과 행복감 관계에서 부모, 친구, 교수의 사회적 지지의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 대학생들이 대학이라는 사회화 기관에서 미래사회 구성원으로 적응하고 이를 통해 행복감을 인식하는데 긍정심리자 본과 사회적지지는 매우 중요한 변수로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 긍정심리자본을 강화하고 대학 내 사회적지지 체계를 구축할 수 있는 방안을 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of social support on the influence of university students’ positive psychological capital on their school life satisfaction and sense of happiness. The study subjects were 320 1st to 4th year students going to C university in Gwangju. A questionnaire survey had been conducted from July 2 to July 6, 2018. SPSS program was used for data processing. This study drew the following results: firstly, their positive psychological capital and social support positively influenced their school life satisfaction and sense of happiness; secondly, parents’ social support had partial mediating effect on the relation between their positive psychological capital and school life satisfaction, and the social support of parents, friends, and professors had significantly partial mediating effect on the relation between their positive psychological capital and sense of happiness. In order for university students to adapt themselves to the socialization organization ‘university’ as a member of society and recognize their sense of happiness, positive psychological capital and social support were found to be very critical variables. Therefore, it is necessary to review a plan for enhancing positive psychological capital and establishing a social support system in university.
