임상 근골격 전문방사선사제도에 관한 요구도 조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 임상방사선사 413명을 대상으로 임상 근골격 전문방사선사제도에 관한 인식도를 조사하여 제도 신설의 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 2018년 1월20일부터 10월 7일까지 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상근골격전문방사선사의 일반적 특성은 4.22± 0.66, 역할은 4.32±0.68, 인력양성은 3.92±0.86, 기대효과는 4.15±0.75이었고, 학력이 높을수록, 근무기간에 상관없이, 상급의료기관일수록, 기간제 방사선사 일수록, 일반검사실에 근무하는 방사선사가 근골격 전문방사선사 신설에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 방사선 분야의 대표적인 근골격계 분야의 전문방사선사제도의 신설과 법제화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

In this research, we tried to provide 413 clinical radiological technologist with perception of clinic musculoskeletal specialist radiological technologist and to provide it as basic data for the establishment of the system. The survey was conducted from January 20th to October 7th 2018, and analyzed with SPSS 23.0. The results of this study were as follows: general characteristics of clinic musculosketal specialist radiological technologist is 4.22±0.66, the role was 4.32±0.68, manpower development was 3.92±0.86, the expected effect was 4.15±0.75, the higher the education level, regardless of the length of the work, the more advanced medical institutions, as much as a contract radiological technologist, it has been found that it will have a positive influence on the establishment of a musculoskeletal specialist radiological technologist of radiological technologist working in the general inspecting room. As these results, it is thought that it is necessary to establish the specialist radiological technologist degree in the field of the musculoskeletal system in the radiation field and legislation.
