국문 초록

본 연구는 공항에서 항공안전을 책임지는 보안검색요원의 고용안정성에 대한 인식이 공직봉사동기 관계성을 통한 항공보안 효율성 강화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 분석하고자 한다. 연구자는 고용이 안정화됨에 따라 조직에 대한 그들의 신뢰를 매개변수로 포함하여 공항 보안검색요원으로서 승객의 안전을 책임지는 공직봉사동기를 통한 항공보안 효율성 강화에 더욱 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대했다. 실증분석 결과 공항에 근무하는 보안검색요원들이 인식하는 고용안정성은 공직봉사동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 고용안정성과 규범적 동기 사이에서 조직신뢰는 강한 완전매개효과를 갖고 있는 변수로 파악되었다.

영문 초록

This study examines how the job security of security screeners, who are responsible for aviation security at airports, affects their public service motivation. We expect that the more stable their work, the more significant is the effect on their public service motivation. According to the empirical results, we find that security screeners perceptions of job security have a significant effect on their public service motivation. In particular, there is a moderating effect of organizational trust between job security and the rational motivation of security screeners. This finding suggests that security screeners have more responsibility and help improve aviation safety by developing their skills and knowledge and providing innovative ideas.
