체육교사의 주체적 실천행위 탐색을 위한 클러스터형 학교스포츠클럽리그 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 체육교사의 주체적 실천행위가 발휘된 성공사례인 클러스터형 학교스 포츠클럽 운영양상을 탐색하고, Priestley, Biesta, & Robinson(2015)의 행위주체성 개념 틀을 활용하여 실천의 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 2016년부터 현재까지 운영되고 있는 리그를 2018년 3월부터 8월까지 총 6개월 동안 리그 운영 체육교사 3 명과 리그 참여 학생 2명을 대상으로 심층면담과 관찰을 실시했으며, 현지문서를 수집하였다. Wolcott(1994)의 기술, 분석, 해석의 틀을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이에 대한 결과로 첫째, 두 가지의 해당리그 운영의 특징, 둘째, 세 가지 차원의 실천행 위에 미치는 요인(반복적 차원, 투영적 차원, 실천적·평가적 차원), 셋째, 세 가지의 교육적 효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 변화 주체로서의 교사 실천을 촉진하기 위한 대안 마련 및 상향접근식 정책 개선안 수립에 긍정적 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the practice patterns and effects of PE teachers who voluntarily operate the ‘clustered school sports club league reflected in the policy through a bottom-up approach. In order to investigate various factors influencing teachers practice, the framework of teacher agency was used. In-depth interviews were conducted with three physical education teachers and two students participating in the league, and data were collected through participation and non -participation observation and local document records. The collected data were analyzed using the framework of description, analysis and interpretation presented by Wolcott (1994). The characteristics of the league s operation were 1) a league which students take precedence 2) a teacher focusing on more important things. The general growth background of teacher and the experience of league operation and school council as a teacher were revealed in the iterational level. From the perspective of the projective, students self-reliance and healthy social citizens who contributed to the communities were confirmed. And from the perspective of practical-evaluative, a sense of responsibility and self-sacrifice for students in terms of cultural, active support of fellow teachers in terms of structural, and securing facilities and budgets in terms of material were verified. This study was identified the patterns of practice, effects and factors by examining the complex and multifaceted teacher s creative and subjective activities through the frame of ‘teacher agency’. This is expected to contribute positively to the development of alternatives and the establishment of an upward policy improvement plan to promote the practice of teachers as a change entity.
