교사의 행복감, 교수효능감, 교사-유아 상호작용과 유아 또래놀이 상호작용 특성의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 행복감과 교수효능감, 유아와의 상호작용이 유아의 또래놀이 장면에서 나타나는 세 가지 상호작용 특성(상호적 또래놀이, 놀이방해, 놀이 단절)에 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 탐색해 보는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널 7차년도(2014년) 조사에 응한 1,203명의 유아와 담임교사의 데이터를 활용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교사의 행복감은 교수효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향력을 나타냈다. 둘째, 교사의 행복감은 유아의 또래놀이 상호작용 특성에 직접적인 영향력은 없었으나, 교수효능감과 교사-유아 상호작용을 매개로하여 간접적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교사의 교수효능감 역시 유아의 또래놀이 상호작용 특성에 직접적 영향력을 보이지 않았으나, 교사-유아 상호작 용을 매개로하여 간접적 영향력을 나타냈다. 넷째, 교사-유아 상호작용은 유아의 상호적 또래놀이 수준을 높이고, 놀이방해 및 놀이단절 수준을 낮추는 데에 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teacher’s happiness, teaching efficacy and teacher-children interaction on three interaction characteristics(play interaction, play disruption, play disconnection) shown on the peer-play scene of children and to investigate a mediating effect of teaching efficacy and teacher-children interaction. For this, structural equation model analysis was carried out by using the data of 1,203 infants and their homeroom teacher who participated in the 7 th year(2014) survey of Korean Children and Youth Panel. The results of this study are as follows: First, teacher’s happiness showed a positive influence on teaching efficacy and teacher-children interaction. Second, While teacher’s happiness showed no direct influence on children’s peer-play interaction characteristics, it showed indirect influences through mediating teaching efficacy and teacher-children interaction. Third, While teacher’s teaching efficacy showed no direct effect on children’s peer-play interaction characteristics, it showed indirect influences through mediating teacher-children interaction. Fourth, teach-children interaction showed a positive effect on play interaction among peer-play interaction characteristics and showed negative effect on play disruption and play disconnection.
