국문 초록

본 연구는 비교과 교육과정을 활성화하고, 학생들이 이수한 비교과 활동성과를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 비교과 통합관리 시스템 구축을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 ACE사업에 참여하여 대학의 핵심역량을 기반으로 한 비교과 통합관리 시 스템 구축을 위한 기초연구와 시스템 구축 및 운영을 하게 된 A대학의 사례를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 대학의 인재 상에 따른 핵심역량에 기반 하여 학내 운영되는 비교과프로그램의 교육목표와 역량의 비율을 설정하고 적용하여 분석한 결과 핵심역량 별 프로그램 운영현황에서 역량별 편차가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 대학교 구성원을 대상으로 비교과 프로그램 개선을 위한 수요조사와 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영 및 통합관리 시스템 구축 사례를 분석한 결과 비교과 교육과정의 체계적 성과관리를 위한 시스템 구축의 필요성을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 학생들이 교내외에서 활동한 모든 비교과 프로그램에 대한 정보를 탑재하고, 개별 학생의 이수 이력관리, 역량별 프로그램 관리, 학생의 균형 있는 역량 관리, 비교과 질 관리 체계를 포함하여 대학의 비교과 통합관리 시스템 구축에 적용하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to build a comparative and integrated management system to enable comparison and curriculum activities and to systematically manage and activate comparison and activity achievements. For this purpose, this study was conducted based on the case of university A who participated in the ACE project, set up the student capacity of the university, and conducted basic research and system building for comparison and integrated management system. According to the core competencies according to the university s talents, competencies were classified according to the educational goals, and the ratio was set and applied. The results of this study are as follows: It provides information on all comparisons and programs that students have on campus, and manages individual student learning histories, compares and integrates universities, including competency-based program management, balanced student capacity management, Management system.
