임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감능력, 비판적 사고성향, 대인관계능력이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2018년 10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였다. 경기도와 충청도에 소재한 3개의 간호학과에서 임상실습을 6학점 이상(270시간) 이수한 경험이 있는 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 간호대학생 178명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 피어슨상관, 위계적 다중회기분석을 실시하였 다. 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 대인관계능력(β=.618, p<.001)과 비판적사고성향(β=.354, p<.001)으로 의사소통능력을 75.3% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력을 향상시키기 위해 팀기반 학습이나 임상사례 기반의 시나리오를 적용한 시뮬레이션교육이나 중재 등이 제공될 필요가 있다. 더불어 의사소통, 대인관계, 비판적 사고를 촉진할 수 있는 교육과정의 편성과 운영이 필요 하다. 향후 이러한 교육이나 중재 효과를 확인할 수 있는 연구수행을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between empathy, critical thinking disposition, interpersonal relationship and communication competency of nursing students. Data collection was conducted from Oct. 01, 2018 to Nov. 30. 178 nursing students enrolled in 3rd and 4th graders who have completed at least 6 hours of clinical practice (270 hours) in three nursing departments in Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The explanatory power of these variables was 75.3%. In order to improve the communication skills of nursing students, it is necessary to strengthen team based learning and simulation training using scenarios of clinical cases. We propose to carry out iterative research to confirm the effect of such education in the future.
