간호대학생의 성격강점과 임상실습 스트레스가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관의 수준과 영향요인을 확인하여 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. B광역시 및 Y광역시에 소재한 3개 간호대학에 재학 중인 167명을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 성격강점, 임상실습 스트레스, 간호전문직관을 2017년 11월부터 1개월 동안 설문조사 하여 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, step-wise multiple regression하였다. 연구결과 간호전문직관은 전공만족도에 따라 차이가 있었으며 , 성격강점과 유의한 양의 상관관계 , 전공만족도 및 임상실습 스트레스와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다 . 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향 요인은 성격강점이 가장 컸고, 다음으로 전공만족도였으며 이들 변수들의 총설명력은 25.6%(F=18.73, p<.001)이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 성격강점 중재프로그램 개발을 제안한다 .

영문 초록

This study conducted to investigate the effects of character strength and clinical practice stress on nursing profession of nursing students. Data were collected from 167 students in 3 nursing universities in B and Y cities from November to December 2017. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffé test, pearson s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results showed that nursing profession differed according to major satisfaction, positive correlation with character strength, negative correlation with clinical practice stress. The factors that significantly influence nursing profession were character strength, followed by majors satisfaction and total power was 25.6%(F=18.73, p<.001). In order to improve nursing students nursing profession, it should be necessary to provide character strength programmes for nursing students.
