부모대상 앙트러프러너십 교육프로그램의 설계: 델파이기법을 활용한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년들의 앙트러프러너십을 높이는데 있어 부모역할의 중요성을 인식하고, 부모들이 앙트러프러너십을 이해하고 실천할 수 있도록 인식과 태도를 변화 시키기 위한 부모교육 교육모델을 도출하고 이를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 앙트 러프러너십 분야의 교육 전문가와 청소년 교육 전문가 패널 20명을 대상으로 2018년 6월 18일부터 7월 15일까지 4주 동안 총 3차에 걸쳐 델파이(delphi) 조사를 진행하였 고, 부모의 인식전환을 위해 필요한 총 8개의 역량을 최종 도출하였다. 도출된 8개의 역량을 기반으로 활동기반 부모교육 모델을 개발하였고, 타당성 분석을 위해 파일럿 테스트를 하여 도출된 교육모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재 다양한 앙트러프러너십 분야의 커리큘럼이 개발되며 교육이 확산되고 있지만, 기존에는 이루 어지지 않았던 청소년 자녀가 있는 부모를 대상으로 앙트러프러너십 교육을 설계하 였다는 것에 연구의 독창성을 가지고 있으며, 교육현장에서는 청소년 부모들을 포함한 성인들의 인식과 태도를 변화시키기 위한 기초 교육프로그램으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we recognize the importance of parents role in raising the level of entrepreneurship for juveniles and develope a parent education curriculum to change their perceptions and attitudes on entrepreneurship. In order to derive the curriculum, we conducted a delphi survey from 20 experts in entrepreneurship field and youth education for three weeks from June 18 to July 15. A total eight competencies were derived from the Delphi survey, which were necessary for changing the perception of the parents on entrepreneurship. Based on the derived competencies, activity-based parent education model was developed and pilot test was conducted for feasibility analysis of the model. This study is unique in designing entrepreneurship education for the parents in which have not been done before. We expect that the education model we have developed can be used as a basic education program for changing the perception and attitude of adults including parents.
