국문 초록

본 연구는 군 전역 복학생을 위한 대학생활 적응지원 프로그램의 적용 효과를 살펴보고, 이 프로그램의 발전 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 구체적인 연구문제는 군 전역 복학생의 대학생활 적응 현황과 대학생활 적응지원 프로그램의 적용효과, 군 전역 복학생 대상 대학생활 적응지원 프로그램의 발전방향이다. 이를 위해, 2018학년도 1 학기 경기도 소재 D 대학교 대학생활 적응지원 프로그램에 참여한 19명의 군 전역 복학생을 대상으로, 그들이 작성한 성찰일지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 기술적 현상학 방법을 적용하여 군 전역 복학생의 대학생활 적응 현황및 대학생활 적응지원 프로그램의 적용효과, 프로그램의 개선방향 두 가지 측면에서 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 대학생활 적응지원프로그램의 적용효과는 개인․정서 적응, 학업 적응, 사회 적응으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램의 개선 방향은 정규 강좌 와의 연계를 통한 프로그램 체계화, 대학 각 부서와의 연계 운영을 통한 프로그램 전문화, 군 전역 복학생 중심 동아리 구성을 통한 프로그램의 활성화로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is to explore the effects of the adaptation supporting program of college life for returning student after the military service and to suggest development plan. Detailed research questions are the status of the college life adaptation of returning student after military service, the application effect of the adaptation supporting program of college life for returning student after the military service and the improvement plan of this program. To do this, we conducted a qualitative research through collecting a retrospective journal of 19 students who participated in the University adaptation supporting program at D university in Gyeonggi Province in the first semester of 2018. The collected data were analyzed by applying the technical phenomenology method in terms of the status of the college life adaptation of returning student after military service, the application effect of the adaptation supporting program of college life for returning student after the military service and the improvement plan of this program. The results are as follows. First, the effects of the adaptation supporting program of college life for returning student after the military were personal-emotional adaptation, academic adaptation, and social adaptation. Second, the improvement plans of this program were systematization of programs through linkage with regular classes, program specialization through linkage with each department of the university, and revitalization of programs through circles focused on the returning student after the military service.
