국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학교 교사의 교사효능감, 주관적 행복감, 학교조직문화가 교수몰 입에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 고등학 교에 근무하는 고등학교 교사 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 자료를 분석한 결과, 교사효능감과 주관적 행복감 및 학교조직문화가 고등학교 교사의 교수몰 입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 교수효능감이 교수몰입에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교사효능감과 주관적 행복감 그리고 학교조직문화가 고등학교 교사의 교수몰입을 설명하는 중요한 변수임을 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 고등학교 교사의 근본적인 업무라고 할 수 있는 교수에 몰입할 수 있도록 교사효능 감을 강화할 수 있는 방안과 동료교사 및 학교장의 적극적인 지원이 구축될 수 있는 협력적인 고등학교 문화를 조성해야 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of high school teachers teacher efficacy, school organizational culture, and subjective happiness on teaching immersion. As a result, the teachers efficacy, school organizational culture, and subjective happiness were positively influenced by high school teacher s instructional intention in 277 high school teachers at Busan Metropolitan High School. This implies that teacher efficacy, school organizational culture, and subjective happiness are important variables explaining the teaching immersion of high school teachers. Therefore, there is a need to create a cooperative high school culture that can strengthen teacher efficacy so that students can immerse themselves in the profession that is the fundamental task of high school teachers and active support of fellow teachers and principals.
