국문 초록

본 연구는 우수 향토자원 지역특구의 특성을 6차산업화와 연계하여 분석함으로써 수출활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 우수 향토자원 지역특구는 대부분 사업주체가 지방자치단체장이며 2차 산업을 중심으로 1ㆍ3차 산업을 견인하는 가공중심형의 지역특구라는 특성을 보인다. 즉, 내수시장 중심의 지역적 한계를 벋어나지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 그러므로 유통 및 수출산업이 중심이 되는 6차산업화 구조로의 변화가 필요한 것이다. 우수 향토자원 지역특구의 수출활성화를 위해서는 지방자치단체, 지역민간기업 및 지역연구기관의 협업이 필수적이다. 따라서 다음과 같은 협업방향을 제안한다. 첫째, 지방자치단체와 민간기업의 합작회사를 통한 내수시장 유통활성화 및 수출판로 개척이 필요하다. 둘째, 해외시장 개척을 위해 지역 내 생산자를 통합하는 규모의 경제 실현이 필요하다. 셋째, 지역특구 상품의 글로벌 마케팅방안이 모색되어야 한다. 넷째, 지역연구기관의 상품개발을 위한 전문인력 양성이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study is to analyze the characteristics of the special zone for excellent native land resources in relation to the sixth industrialization and suggest how to vitalize export. Research design, data, methodology : The research method was focused on literature study. Results : It is characterized as a special zone oriented to processing having the secondary industries to lead the primary and tertiary industries. Therefore, it is needed to change to the structure of the sixth industrialization oriented to distribution and export industries. In order to vitalize export in the special zone for excellent native land resources, it is essential to have cooperation between the local self-governing body, private companies, and research institutes in the region. Conclusions : First, it is needed to found joint ventures with cooperation between the local self-governing body and private companies and vitalize domestic market distribution and pioneer markets for export. Second, to pioneer overseas markets, it is necessary to actualize economy of the size that can integrate producers in the region. Third, it is essential to build strategies for global marketing for goods produced in the special local zone. Fourth, it is needed to cultivate specialized manpower to work in research institutes in the region to develop products.
