영문 초록

In this study, the concept of community is defined as the combination of emotional and physical communities. nd the effects of these factors on residential satisfaction and persistent residential intentions. Based on the previous research, the data collected through questionnaires were used to analyze the local consciousness, and four factors such as sense of solidarity, satisfaction, stability and safety were derived and used as variables. The physical community selected and categorized various facilities on the basis of the data of the community facilities and the data of the construction companies. Empirical analysis shows that stability and safety have a statistically significant effect on occupant satisfaction. However, solidarity and fulfillment did not. Solidarity and fulfillment measure the relationship between me and people. Stability measures the relationship between space and me. Therefore, the satisfaction of the residents is more important than the comfort and stability of the individual, not the relationship between the people. Safety has also been analyzed to have an effect on the satisfaction of the residents. As the social interest in the safety related events and disasters has increased, the factor of safety has been emphasized and it has been considered to be a factor affecting the satisfaction of the residents . Housing satisfaction is influenced by factors such as internal comfort and stability rather than actively participating and enhancing solidarity among outside residents. As the social interest in various accidents such as accidents, accidents, disasters and disasters increased, safety factors became important and safety factors seemed to be closely related to residential satisfaction.
