영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify important determinants that affect the implementation of urban renewal tourism projects in the Gwangju-songjeong railway stations area (GSRA). The contents of the study include the concept of urban regeneration and high-speed railway station s area, and the conditions and utilization of GSRA. GSRA was selected as a case study area in terms of the representability of the area and the timeliness of the target study, including the data accessibility and the center of local issue. The research method is based on the previous literature review, and some important factors that influence the urban regeneration tourism project are investigated. The survey was conducted on the professionals who have related experience and the researchers in the urban regeneration field. The analytical hierarchy method (AHP) was used to derive the importance and priority of each of the upper and lower classes. As a result of the analysis, project suitability was the highest in the upper level, and project practice, localization, collaboration system, securing of recycling project support and overall citizen preference were found to be the deciding factors for the project. As a result of comprehensive analysis, business practice is considered to be the most important factor, suggesting strategic approach and detailed plan for practical implementation in urban renewal projects. It is expected that this study will be used as a reference material to find out the determinants that should be taken into consideration when establishing the project s direction and access to the tourism sector in urban renewal project. However, there is a limit to suggest specific alternatives and improvement plans for the results of the analysis.
