It is typical in unit and multiproducts, small size production system to customers order that customers demand changes in orders and the producer has to decide whether changes can be approved or not. There are also other reasons when may require rescheduling. If the number of orders is high and a change also has effects on the due-date of other orders, the rescheduling may be very complicated. Today the number of product variants and requirement for each products are growing by change of demand. Short delivery time are required and also changes in product specifications and due-date changed should be accepted. In this paper, the number of factors that have an important effect on th master production scheduling is analyzed by fuzzy set theory and membership functions for those factors is decided as a linear functions. Obtaining the synthesis membership function that aggregated those membership functions of the constraints, fuzzy decision model is formulasted.
For the future, it must be positively condiered on how to evaluate membership functions exactly, how to aggregate multi-objectives and constraints, and how to rank alternatives among the objectives.
