영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES It is aimed to make a basic proposal so that future rights analysis business can be established in a desirable direction in real estate service introduction. It is aimed to establish the national accreditation system as a cornerstone for specialization and activation, and to establish it as a new business domain of the real estate service industry. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The analysis of the rights analysis system and the analysis of the data are compared and compared with the two criteria necessary for decision making through specialization and activation measures. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was used. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In this study, AHP analysis showed that the top three ranking of overall respondents total importance were as follows: nationally recognized professional qualification system(0.254), introduction of professional manpower training institute (0.160), practical training and education (0.139) As well as vocational education and training. 2. RESULTS As we have seen through empirical analysis, we found that it is necessary to establish a foundation for realizing stable and safe real estate transactions through the introduction and operation of the qualification system for rights analysis. Therefore, it is considered that specialization and activation plan will be an important agenda for the establishment of the national accredited professional qualification system.
