문제중심학습과 팀 기반 학습을 적용한 간호학 수업의 효과에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 간호학 수업에서 문제중심학습과 팀 기반 학습을 적용한 수업의 효과를 알아보기 위해 메타분석을 진행하였다. 2018년 6월 23~30일 동안 자료를 수집하여 문제중심학습의 효과를 분석한 연구물 37편과 팀 기반 학습의 효과를 분석한 연구물 27편을 대상으로 메타분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 문제중심학습의 전체 효과크기는 0.438로 중간 크기였으며, 팀 기반 학습의 전체 효과크기는 0.830으로 큰 크기로 나타났다. 문제중심학습은 학습자의 임상수행 능력에 큰 효과를 보이며, 전 공 지식, 창의성, 학습태도, 학습만족도, 문제해결력의 순으로 중간 크기의 효과가 있었다. 팀 기반 학습은 학습만족도와 임상수행능력, 지식의 세 종속변수에서 거대 효과가 있었으며, 문제해결력에 큰 효과, 효능감과 대인관계, 자기주도적 학습에 중간 효과가 있었다. 또한 두 가지 학습방법 모두 전공능력 영역에서 가장 큰 효과가 나타났으며, 개인역량과 학습태도에도 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 이에 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호학 영역에서 문제중심학습과 팀 기반 학습을 더욱 적극적으로 수업에 활 용할 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the problem-based learning(PBL) and the team-based learning(TBL) in the field of nursing education. Data collection was performed during 2018. 6. 23~30. For this meta-analysis, 37 studies related to PBL and 27 studies related to TBL were used. As a result of this study, the overall effect size of PBL was 0.438, indicating medium size and that of TBL was 0.830, indicating large size. In the PBL, clinical performance was found to have a large effect and medium effect was found in order of knowledge, creativity, learning attitude, learning satisfaction, and problem solving. In the TBL, there was huge effect on the learning satisfaction, clinical performance, and knowledge, and there was large effect on the problem solving. In addition, both of the PBL and TBL showed the greatest effect in the area of nursing competence and also showed significant effects on individual competence and learning attitude. Based on the results of this study, we propose that PBL and TBL should be used more actively in the field of nursing.
