뇌교육 기반 교원연수 프로그램의 효과성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 뇌교육 기반 교원연수 프로그램이 교사의 효능감, 자아존중감, 자기의식 및 탈진에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 방학기간 동안 전국에서 5일 동안 총 30시간의 뇌교육 기반 교원연수 프로그램을 이수한 교사 169명을 대상으로 하여 연수 프로그램의 사전과 사후에 교사효능감, 자아존중감, 자기의식, 및 교사탈진 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 단일집단 사전-사후 설계로서 사전과 사후 검사 점수를 대응 표본 t-검증한 결과, 교사효능감, 자아존 중감, 개인적 자기의식의 사후 검사 점수가 사전보다 유의하게 높아졌으며, 교사탈진 점수가 유의하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 뇌교육 기반 교원연수 프로그램이 저하된 교사들의 정신건강 상태를 향상시킬 가능성을 가짐을 시사한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of the brain education based teacher training program on teacher efficacy, self-esteem, self-consciousness and teacher burnout. To accomplish this goal, 169 teachers who completed 30 hours of brain education based teacher training program during 5 days in the nation during the vacation period were evaluated using teacher efficacy, self-esteem, self-consciousness and teacher burnout inventory before and after the program. This study used single group pre-post design and paired t-test statistics. The results showed that post-test scores of teacher efficacy, self-esteem, and private seilf-consciousness were significantly higher than pre-test scores, and post-test score of teacher burnout was significantly lower than pre-test score. These results suggest that the brain education based teacher training program has the potential to improve mental health status of deteriorated teachers.
